Pumpkin Spice Dinner Rolls can be a tasty switch from the plain dinner roll, especially in the winter. Once the cold and snow really sets in, I begin to miss the fruits and veggies from harvest season. I try to put up fresh fruit during the summer, so I can have some yummy and healthy treats in the winter months. Pumpkin Spice Dinner Rolls go really well with fruit salad or cold pear soup or even regular vegetable soup.
This recipe is a great way to use up leftovers from Thanksgiving! It is so hard to find ways to eat up all the Thanksgiving leftovers, and no matter what I do there is always lots of cranberry sauce left over. I love it but I secretly fear that I am the only one who does, in my family. Besides cranberry sauce there is always at least one pumpkin pie too. What to do with them? I know that most of us do not want another slice of pie and we don’t want anymore cranberry and turkey together. SO, here is my recipe for using up some Thanksgiving Leftovers, turn them into a delicious quick bread!
This soup has a very warm flavor that I like a lot! If you like curry and coconut and pumpkin then you will like it too. I love a good curry, as long as it isn’t too strong. I can’t tell you which curry to choose but I prefer Golden Curry – mild.
